There are NFL fans…and then there are the super fans who go above and beyond to show their support for their favorite teams. In this case, that super fan is Thomas Davis, a captain on the Carolina Panthers’ roster. A few months ago, the linebacker unveiled one of the biggest tributes to the Panthers in the form of a souped-up 1975 Chevrolet Caprice.
The 1975 Chevrolet Caprice features a ton of Carolina Panthers gear, much of which can be found in the NFL Shop.
Davis showed off his tribute to the Panthers via Instagram. The Carolina Panthers 1975 Chevrolet Caprice features the team logo emblazoned on the door panels while blue headlights and the “Keep Pounding” motto show off the linebacker’s team spirit. The hidden gem comes in the form of a plate located in the trunk that lists all of Davis’s awards and accomplishments throughout his career in the NFL.
Rumor Has It: Chevrolet could revive the El Camino
Thomas Davis isn’t the first Panthers player to unveil a customized ride. Earlier, Cam Newton showed off his 1970 Oldsmobile Cutlass that featured real 24-karat gold plating. Of the two cars, we have to go with Davis’s Chevrolet Caprice though.
